What perks will I get for joining your membership program?
Artparker’s have a variety of perks associated with their membership tier.
All members have early access to ticket purchases and will receive drink and parking vouchers to use at events during our 2025 season. Additionally, members can use a priority access line at concerts and will receive a discount on concessions and Artpark merchandise.
Gold members will also have access to the Artparker lounge, an exclusive space in both the Mainstage Theater and the Artpark Amphitheater. This space will feature private access to a cash bar as well as complimentary soft drinks and snacks.
How do I skip the line?
Artpark will have specifically designated access lines that bypass any long waits at both the entrances. Proceed through that line towards the security checkpoint and show your membership card to security. Security will then tell you when you can safely pass through the magnetometers and head into the venue.
Where can I redeem my free parking?
Free parking can be redeemed in any of Artpark’s parking lots, Lots A, B, or D. Parking is limited and available on a first come, first serve, so we encourage patrons to arrive early to secure a spot.
Can I use my vouchers at any concert?
Yes! All vouchers in your membership packet can be used at any Artpark event, including New Music in the Park, Artpark Fairy House Festival, Artpark Strawberry Moon Festival, or one of our many Amphitheater and Mainstage concerts.
What’s the Artparker Lounge?
The Artparker Lounge is our newest addition to the Artparker membership program. It is an exclusive space for our Gold members to enjoy pre-show soft drinks and snacks with their guest and other Artparker’s. A host will welcome you to the Lounge (you must have your membership card to enter) and facilitate alcoholic beverages for purchase with your Artparker discount. Proof with a valid ID is required. Each venue will have a separate lounge for our Gold members. The Artparker Lounge opens with the gates and closes when the headliner begins playing.
What/where is the Mainstage and what/where is the Amphitheater?
Artpark has two main venues:
- The Mainstage Theater - a large brick structure in Artpark’s lower park. Entrances for this venue are located in Lot D or in the Painted Parking Lot.
- Artpark’s Amphitheater - accessible via Artpark’s brick road. The Amphitheater can be accessed from the upper (located off the Portage Rd.) and lower parking lots (off South 4th St).
