Free Family PRogramming
Artpark provides a range of free to low-cost family programming each season as a way to give back to our community and help cultivate creative passions for audiences of all ages.
Fairy House Festival
Artpark's annual Fairy House Festival has become a staple of our summer season over the past fifteen years. Each summer's event is filled with hands-on art activities, performances by internationally tour acts like Jon Lehrer Dance, Mucca Pazza, DakhaBrakha, & more, woodland tours of numerous Fairy Houses locally designed and built by professional artists, families and community groups, artisan markets, and much more.
The fairies are already hard at work planning their 'under the sea' excursion for 2026.
This year's festival was supported in part by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield & Wegmans.
Wonder Wednesdays
2025 saw the beginning of a new series at Artpark: Wonder Wednesdays. For eight weeks we offered children ages 2-5 and their caregivers a chance to enjoy guided artistic play through a variety of mediums (paint, clay, paper mache, & more) and nature exploration within the beautiful grounds of Artpark.
This series was funded in part in honor of Judy Leardini. Additional support provided by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
Artpark & Company's programs are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
