Mindfulness Mondays
about theSE EVENTS:
Each session will offer a different experience with mindfulness practices and art-making using the arts of contemplative movement, drawing, breath and soft voicings, and participatory music-making with meditation instruments. Elements of nature will become partner and inspiration in these arts and well-being practices.
Guided by Cynthia Pegado, Artpark Bridges director and facilitator in somatic arts, mindfulness, well-being and expressive arts.
Mindfulness Mondays are appropriate for ages 12 - adult. (this is not a drop-off program so children must be accompanied by an adult)
Held rain or shine. In the event of bad weather, program will be relocated under shelter.
Every session takes place at accessible locations close to parking and restrooms.
