Ticketing Fees

 

Per ticket convenience fees for purchasing tickets for musicals, big bands, Summer Classics with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, and special events tickets online are: 

$ 6.50 per ticket / $ 4.00 per order. To place orders for these events by phone at 716-754-4375, there is a $ 2.00 per ticket fee. 

Per ticket convenience fees for special event concerts vary by event.

 

Group Discounts

 

All groups of 20 or more receive 20% off of each ticket purchased. Please contact our Box Office for more information.  Group rates are not available for special event concerts.

 

Child Policy

All children, regardless of age, must present a ticket to enter Artpark's Mainstage Theater.  Children's discounts are available for Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Summerfest Concerts and Artpark's Mainstage Musical at 50% off. 

 

Refunds

 

Tickets to Artpark performances are non-refundable. Tickets for one-night concert events are non-exchangeable. Tickets for musicals or Summer Classics with the BPO shows may be exchanged for another performance of the same value. To exchange, please return the original tickets at least 48 hours in advance to the Artpark Box Office, with a note indicating your preferred dates and times.
