Artpark is looking to hire Box Office Tellers and Parking Lot Toll Workers for our exciting 2023 season!
Both positions are seasonal and part-time!
Candidates must be at least 16 years old to apply.
Artpark Box Office Tellers
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responding to emails from patrons in regards to upcoming events, ticketing issues and general information regarding the venue.
- Answering phones promptly with a courteous attitude.
- Processing ticket sales via credit cards or cash.
- Other projects as assigned by the Ticketing Manager.
How You Will Do it:
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
What You Will Need:
- Basic computer literacy, basic word/excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills..
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays.
- Previous box office experience a plus

Artpark Parking Lot Toll Workers
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greeting patrons entering the park for events.
- Answering questions regarding our parking facilities and giving directions to the location of events.
- Processing parking payments via credit cards or cash using Parkhub.
How You Will Do It:
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
What You Will Need:
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift in an outdoor environment.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays
