Kozlova Clark - New Executive Director

has announced the appointment of Sonia
Kozlova Clark as new Executive Director who comes to Artpark with 20 years
of experience as a theatrical producer, manager and administrator. The
Moscow-born, and Columbia University School of the Arts educated, Kozlova
Clark's specialty has been in international productions, tours and festival
programs. Sonia has achieved impressive accomplishments and extensive
experience in development and finance at New York City Opera, Managing Director
at Urban Stages in New York, Executive Producer for European conglomerate Stage
Entertainment in Moscow; General Manager on US and European tours of the
American maverick Meredith Monk.

Clark was recently a partner at the international management and booking agency
GAAP Bookings, where she worked on expanding the company's portfolio in
commercial touring exhibitions and managed tours for such international
blockbusters as Snow Symphony with
Slava's Snowshow and Gidon Kramer' Kremerata Baltica (now at Münchenmusik) and Blanca Li's Robot at the Brooklyn
Academy of Music June 2015. Sonia's own company Unicycle Productions LLC
brought interactive events and celebrations to the DUMBO Arts Festival, Figment
NYC festival, Prague Quadrennial, and organized immersive experiences in New
York and Los Angeles for Stage Entertainment Russia's creative press campaigns
for the musicals The Little Mermaid, Chicago and Singing in the Rain.
With a diverse international career, Sonia brings
to Artpark a deep understanding of both non-profit and commercial arts
management models, as well as the
global perspective to the entertainment community of Western New York.
