Mainstage Theater Performances

 

Artpark's Mainstage Theater meets federal accessibility guidelines for individuals with disabilities. Please direct requests and questions to the Artpark Box Office (716-754-4375) about assisted hearing devices or accommodations for hearing, visually or mobility-impaired individuals.

   

For Mainstage performances, Artpark provides a wonderful courtesy wheelchair service for transporting handicapped patrons. Please contact the Box Office for information.

 

Outdoor Amphitheater Concerts

 

It is advised that handicapped patrons enter the park using the Portage Road entrance and park in Lot B for concerts in the Outdoor Amphitheater. The handicap acessible seating deck is closest to Parking Lot B. The seating deck is located at the top of the Amphitheater hill and has a beautiful view! The deck is also close to restrooms (located in the Upper Information Center and Food/Beverage Vendors). 

 

There is a complimentary shuttle service for handicapped patrons that runs from the Upper Lots ONLY(Use Portage Road Entrance and Park in Lot B) down to the main Amphitheater/Stage area. Patrons interested in using this service should inquire at the Upper Information Center (Brick Building located off of Parking Lot B, next to the Amphitheater entrance Gate).

 

There are ample reserved handicap parking spaces in the Lower Lots (Using 4th Street Entrance- Lots C+D), but there is no shuttle service running from these lots. 

 

 

Parking 

 

There are designated parking spaces available in Artpark's Upper (via Portage Road- For Outdoor Amphitheater Concerts) and Lower (via South Fourth Street- For both Outdoor Amphitheater Concerts and Mainstage Performances) Lots for disabled patrons. Since these parking spaces are limited, patrons requiring handicapped parking should plan to arrive early.
