Information available to the media includes photos, news releases, brochures, biographies of cast members, house playbills, and full media kits. Please contact Maria Costello at [email protected] to be added to the Artpark Media Distribution List or to request information on Artpark shows.
Media Credentials
For Outdoor Amphitheater Events (First Niagara presents Tuesday in the Park and/or Coors Light Wednesdays): OUR POLICY HAS CHANGED due to the new format of First Niagara presents Tuesday in the Park and the magnitude of the performers and their policies. Please read Artpark's Media Request Guidelines and submit form at least one week prior to desired performance. Please be ready to provide examples of advance coverage.
For Artpark Theater Events (The Sound of Music, BPO, Coppelia): Please submit interview/media requests to Maria Costello Hays at [email protected]. Please be prepared to provide examples of advanced coverage of desired event.
For Special Events in the Mainstage Theater (The Avett Brothers): These events are put on by outside promoters. Please contact the appropriate promoter to request credentials for these shows. If you need assistance, please contact [email protected].
