"Be Our Guest" for this truly unique theater camp experience, featuring instruction by the actual cast members from Artpark's upcoming production of "Disney's Beauty and the Beast!"
With Artpark's "beauty-ful" show scenery serving as the backdrop, campers will learn the fundamentals of acting, dancing, singing, storytelling and much more!
Campers will also be given an exclusive backstage tour of Artpark's Mainstage Theater by Artpark President George Osborne. This incredibly rare opportunity includes a peek into star dressing rooms, a glimpse of the wardrobe design area where costumes are readied and stored, and a glance at over three decades worth of theater sets and props!
*AS AN ADDED BONUS, enrollment in this camp also includes a ticket to the August 21 matinee performance (2pm) of Artpark's much-anticipated presentation of "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" (a $ 35 value)!
Doug Zschiegner, Associate Director of Theatre at Niagara University will direct the camp.
Family and friends are invited to preview a camper-designed group performance on the Artpark Stage on Friday at 3pm.
Camp takes place Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm. Enrollment for the week is $ 250. Camp enrollments are limited as one-on-one instruction is emphasized, and are suitable for children ages 9-14.
