Ticketing Fees
Per ticket convenience fees for purchasing tickets online are $ 5.00 per ticket / $ 2.75 per order. To place orders by phone at 716-754-4375, there is a $ 2.00 per ticket fee.
Group Discounts
All groups of 20 or more receive 20% off of each ticket purchased. Click here for Artpark's 2008 group specials. Please contact our Box Office for more information.
Beauty / BPO Discounts
Come out to Artpark for a musical presentation of "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" and a Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Summerfest performance and SAVE off of each ticket. That's OFF of each "Beauty and the Beast" ticket AND off of each BPO ticket!
Child Policy
All children, regardless of age, must present a ticket to enter Mainstage Theater.
Refunds
Tickets to Artpark performances are non-refundable. Tickets for one-night concert events are non-exchangeable. Tickets for musicals or BPO Summerfest shows may be exchanged for another performance of the same value. To exchange, please return the original tickets at least 48 hours in advance to the Artpark Box Office, with a note indicating your preferred dates and times.
