Fitness in the Park Free Exercise Program 

 

Presented by: YMCA and Independent Health

 

Get moving this summer with Independent Health and YMCA of Buffalo Niagara's "Fitness in the Parks" -a FREE program designed to encourage all Western New Yorkers to stay on track with their fitness goals!

 

Everyone is welcome to participate in these FREE, 60-minute outdoor fitness classes, taught by YMCA certified instructors. No registration required!

 

Please note: Classes will be canceled in the event of rain or poor weather. 

 

2016 Fitness in the Park at Artpark Schedule

 

Pilates

10am-11am Every Wednesday starting June 22 and ending on August 24

  

- Pilates is a method of body conditioning that will strengthen core muscles including the abdominals and lower back. It will tone the body and increase flexibility.

 

Zumba

 

10:30am-11:30am Every Saturday starting June 25 and ending on August 20
